Property Description…  This property is wooded and has a very dense undergrowth and very thick bedding area bordered by large corn and soybean field’s makes this woodlot a hot spot for the deer!
This farm is our early season hot spot when the crops are up and is home to the 25” wide monster you see in the trail cam picture’s as well as many other great bucks including the double main beam shot in 2008!   This property consist of a long strip of woods with some tag alder
undergrowth and marsh at the West end of the woods making it a great bedding are and also serves as a natural funnel between two very large fields. This property is one of only 2 patches of woods surrounded by huge fields therefore holding a lot of deer while the crops are up!  Prior to this year
this is where the bulk of the trail cam picture’s are from so you can certainly see the quality of bucks in the area! 



This property consists of  a variety of different habitat from a creek bottom funnel to cat tail marsh, CRP, Hardwoods with heavy blowdowns, Corn Field’s, Soy Bean Fields,  Alfa Fields, and an open hardwoods that border’s a sanctuary which is a deer Mecca and where the deer pile into once pressured! Is also home to my personal best buck with is the 186” pictured below aged at only 3 years old by the Ohio Department of Natural Resources. This gives you an idea of the genetics that can be expected from our area!



This property is comprised of a thick nasty river bottom and again is a great funnel between two agricultural fields and is loaded with deer.  We have not hunted this farm too much over the years..  Largest buck we have taken off from this property was a 11 point that  rough scored 167.
